Welcome to Malkoo Perfumes. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

This website is operated by Malkoo Perfumes and hosted on Shopify. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Malkoo Perfumes.

2. Our products

We take care to show our products accurately. Colours and appearance may look slightly different depending on your screen. Fragrance is personal, and how a scent feels can vary from person to person.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. You can pay in cash on delivery, when your parcel arrives. Any other payment options available to you are shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery costs Rs 250, and delivery is free on orders of Rs 10,000 or more. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may sometimes be longer due to courier delays, public holidays or weather.

6. Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please tell us within 7 days of delivery by emailing malkooparfums@gmail.com, calling 0341 6378656, or through our Contact page, with your order number. We will replace the item or give you a refund. We do not accept returns of opened or used items for any other reason. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.

7. Using our website

Please use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, misuse or interfere with the website or its content.

8. Our content

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Malkoo Perfumes and may not be used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law of Pakistan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
